We are building something special here at All Ways Adventure as the premier adventure company in the Kanab and Zion area. Our team of professional guides is the foundation that makes our trips so unique and special for our guests. Hiring primarily takes place in winter months for the following season, but if you’re a good fit we’d be happy to hear from you year round.
We are looking for passionate, fun, experienced, and professional guides to join our team. If you have a love for guiding and everything outdoors, we want you to apply.
We offer a wide variety of guided trips from canyoneering, to off-roading, hiking, and rock climbing, so if you have experience in any of or all of these fields, we look forward to your application.

Flexible Scheduling
Our peak season is from Spring to Fall and with so many trips available we do our best to accommodate our guide's schedules and have seasonal work available.

We have a fleet of Lexus 4wd vehicles that we provide our guides to take our guests out in.
